Downhill bikes do one job and do it completely. Around 200mm of travel front and rear, dual-crown forks, the slackest geometry we sell and no expectation that you will pedal them uphill. These are uplift, bike park and race bikes — if you ride Fort William, Bike Park Wales or an alpine season, this is the category.

We keep our downhill listing deliberately strict, so everything here is a genuine DH bike rather than a long-travel enduro: the Mondraker Summum, Santa Cruz V10, Marin Quake, Nukeproof Dissent, Pivot Phoenix, Orbea Rallon D, Kona Process X DH and Norco Torrent DH, with framesets for custom builds.
