There isnt really any online reviews of this tyre to i will try to note everything i found.

After 2 weeks of use i am very impressed with these tyres, they are perfect for welsh muddy xc riding. The torrente gives great traction in all conditions while still being very fast rolling on and off road. The wide spacing between the lugs means only the worst sticky peanut butter mud gets stuck on the tyre(im not sure any tyre in this category could clear that type of mud). I did get a very small puncture once when pushing hard on some jagged rocks but it sealed by itself and since i have been slightly more careful and haven’t had any further issues. The sidewalls of the tyre are incredibly soft , almost ballon like which gives then a nice supple feel. I have used this tyre both with and without an insert in the rear and i think an insert really makes this tyre shine thanks to the lower pressures. With an insert i found myself giggling at how remarkably easy it was to keep traction on muddy techy climbs, it almost made it boring. I look forward to using this tyre right through winter and am happy with my choice of the 2.4.
