Fit4 damper -
More versatile and less complicated than the Grip2, a Fit4 damper will be a great choice for general trail use rather than predominantly focusing on descents. The Fit4 also has a lockout option (via the lever at the top of the stanchion) not found on the Grip2.
Grip2 damper -
Highly adjustable, with superior damping and smoothness to the Fit4 a Grip2 is very popular with riders who want the fork to perform it's best on fast downhill sections. More complicated to set-up than the Fit4 and does not feature a lockout lever.
