Pivot Shuttle AMP'd
Pivot Shuttle AMP'd
150mm of dw-link rear travel, 160mm up front, and the Avinox M2S drive system. Built to shred with sharp reactions, lively handling, and a ride that stays settled even when the trail is not.
The Shuttle AMP'd is the result of over two decades of suspension development at Pivot — and it shows. Built around the Hollow Core carbon frame with Pivot's renowned dw-link kinematics, the AMP'd pairs 150mm of rear travel with a 160mm fork and the Avinox M2S motor to create an e-MTB that's equally at home on aggressive trail rides and full-on enduro stages. The platform works in harmony with the motor, maintaining traction and keeping pedalling efficient while providing a plush, composed ride when the terrain gets rough.
All three Shuttle AMP'd builds share the same Hollow Core carbon frame, the same Avinox M2S drive system with 800Wh battery, and the same mixed-wheel geometry. Whether you choose the Ride, Pro, or Team, the foundation is identical — the difference is in the suspension, drivetrain, wheels, and finishing kit. That means you're getting the same proven chassis, the same motor, and the same ride quality regardless of which build you go for.
Hollow Core Carbon Frame
Pivot's ultra-light Hollow Core carbon construction creates a frame that's both stiff and compliant where it matters. Full internal routing via the Pivot Cable Port System keeps things clean, while injection-moulded rubberised frame protection and Pivot Dock tool system compatibility add practical, trail-ready details throughout.
dw-link Suspension
150mm of rear travel via Pivot's acclaimed dw-link kinematics. Pedalling is distinctly efficient under motor power, impacts are absorbed cleanly, and the bike stays alert and responsive throughout the travel. Two decades of refinement have produced a platform that's equally at home climbing technical switchbacks and descending flat-out.
Mixed-Wheel Geometry
29" front / 27.5" rear as standard for a combination of front-end traction and rear-end agility. A geometry flip chip on the upper link lets you fine-tune the ride to suit your terrain. Five sizes from XS to XL ensure a proper fit regardless of your height.
Avinox M2S Drive System
130Nm of torque and 1,300W peak power from a compact 2.6kg motor, paired with an integrated 800Wh battery. Smart-Assist traction control uses a 42-point rear speed sensor and gyroscope to eliminate wheel slip. The SRAM drivetrain is hardwired directly into the Avinox system — no separate derailleur battery, with SmoothShift for cleaner shifts under load. Full-colour OLED touchscreen and wireless remotes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What motor does the Shuttle AMP'd use?+
The Avinox M2S, producing 130Nm of torque and up to 1,300W of peak power from a compact 2.6kg unit. It includes Smart-Assist traction control with a 42-point rear speed sensor and gyroscope, a full-colour OLED touchscreen display, and wireless remotes. The SRAM drivetrain is hardwired directly into the Avinox system, eliminating the separate derailleur battery and enabling SmoothShift for cleaner gear changes under load.
How long does the battery last?+
The integrated 800Wh battery provides serious all-day range. Exact mileage depends on terrain, rider weight, and assistance level — as you’d expect. The 800Wh capacity is among the largest in the e-MTB category and will handle long days in the mountains without issue for most riders.
What’s the difference between the chargers?+
The Ride comes with a standard charger. The Pro and Team builds include the Avinox 508W fast charger, which charges the 800Wh battery significantly faster — roughly the speed of a lunch break from flat to a usable charge. If quick turnarounds matter to you, the fast charger is a genuine upgrade.
What wheel size does the Shuttle AMP'd run?+
Mixed wheel (29" front, 27.5" rear) as standard. This gives you the rolling speed and traction of a 29er up front with the agility and playfulness of a 27.5" rear wheel. A geometry flip chip on the upper link allows you to adjust the geometry to suit your preference.
What happens if the battery runs out mid-ride?+
The SRAM drivetrain is hardwired into the Avinox system, but a partitioned battery reserve is set aside specifically for the derailleur. So even if the main battery is fully depleted, you can continue to shift gears for the rest of your ride. You won’t have motor assistance, but the bike remains fully rideable.
What is dw-link suspension?+
dw-link is Pivot’s proprietary dual short-link suspension design, developed by Dave Weagle and refined over more than two decades. It’s known for excellent pedalling efficiency, consistent traction, and a plush, composed feel under braking. On the Shuttle AMP’d, the dw-link kinematics work in harmony with the Avinox M2S motor to keep power going to the trail rather than being absorbed by the suspension.
What’s the maximum tyre width?+
Pivot hasn’t published a specific maximum, but the bike ships with 29x2.4" front and 27.5x2.6" rear tyres as standard, so there’s clearance for wide rubber. Check Pivot’s technical resources or contact us if you’re planning to run anything significantly wider.
Can I fit a water bottle?+
Yes — Pivot confirm water bottle clearance on all sizes.
