It can be a bit of a minefield to choose a correct bottom bracket but thatnkfully this one was what i needed (not many people will be putting shimano cranks in a PF300 BB) It fits perfectly and is really well made. The machining is excellent and these are good quality. I didnt even need any special tools to install other than a BB wrench which is a common size for shimano threaded BB's. the instructions were easy enough to find online (they dont come with the unit) The bearings are buttery smooth and there is NO noise whatsoever from the bracket. It feels solid and Im really happy with it. :)
