- Tighten nut with a wrench while securing the extractor with another wrench
- Align a punch with the back side of the extractor and gently tap to remove the bearing
- Install new sealed bearings using a Wheels Mfg PRESS-1 for rear hub and bottom brackets, or PRESS-2 for front hub
