The Weldtite Hub Axle M10 x 1 is a precision-made replacement axle designed to fit hubs that use an M10 x 1 mm threaded interface. Built for strength and reliability, this hub axle is ideal for maintaining smooth wheel performance and restoring proper alignment in your bike’s hub assembly.
- Controlled specification ensuring longer life
- Chrome moly guaranteeing extra strength
Compatibility advice:
- Lengths noted for axles are the overall length end to end.
- QR axles have a 5mm internal clearance for a skewer fixing.
- Solid axles include fixing nuts.
M9 x1 thread: Used for many Front modern looseball hubs – such as Shimano and some Halo MTB hubs.
M10x1 thread: Used for many Rear modern looseball hubs – such as Shimano and some Halo MTB hubs.
3/8” (9.5mm) x 26Tpi thread: Rear size used for many “older” looseball hubs.
For best compatibility when replacing an existing hub's axle, we would recommend where possible to re-use the existing hub cones, spacers and locknuts.
Note: These axles are not normally compatible with “sealed bearing” type hubs.
