The Stans ZTR Grail Disc Rim borrow from their much copied wider rim design to and ground-breaking Bead Socket Technology rim profile.. The new Grail continues the NoTubes tradition of function-first innovation. Countless hours spent working with our professional road racers and cyclocross team led us to create what just might be the ultimate disc-specific rim for road, ’cross and gravel.

At just over 24mm wide and featuring our deepest profile (24.5mm), the Grail is the most aerodynamic rim we’ve ever made. Though it rivals much deeper designs in the wind tunnel, we designed the Grail to be much more than just fast in a straight line. Our variable wall thickness spoke bed maximizes durability and ensures consistent spoke tension while keeping weight low. Its internal rim channel and true BST sidewalls combine to lend additional strength and create a tire profile that’s simply faster. Put to the test in some of the harshest racing conditions, the Grail has proven it has what it takes to accelerate quicker and roll faster than the competition. The Grail redefines tubeless road and cyclocross performance.

Grail tubeless at high pressures must be run with Road Tubeless tires at pressure ranges stated on tire.
Grail tubeless at low pressures (under 40psi) must be kept under 40psi and or used with the TR or tubeless tire.

Road tubeless tyres are a very snug fit so it is vital to always mount the valve area last.
The valve sticks out of the channel of the rim and interferes with the tire bead in that area in effect making the tire have to stretch further than it would if the valve were not there. To avoid this, begin mounting the tire opposite the valve then work both sides around toward the valve area and mount the valve area last.
The Grail rim is a disc specific model, so the sidewall does not have the extra bulk of a machined braking track. Using tyre levers to mount a very tight tyre could cause damage to the rim and will not be covered by warranty.

It does require a Road Tubeless Tire for high pressure use; over 40-45psi. For tubeless Cyclocross use we do not recommend going over 40psi which is in line with our mountain bike line of rims.

Please note: Use of tyre levers to fit tyres can damage the rim edge, please refer to the tubeless tyre fitting technique video on how to install road tubeless tyres. Rims damaged by tyre levers and incorrect fitting will not be covered by warranty

Delivery Information

We have a range of delivery options on orders. Most importantly, if your order is over £50 then delivery is free!

All Biketart orders are fully trackable. You will get a tracking number by email when your order is shipped which will allow you to track it with Royal Mail or DPD.

In-stock orders placed by 4pm will be processed the same day.

Any items displaying "in-stock with supplier, despatched in 2-3 days" on the product page cannot be despatched the same day as they will be shipped to us from the supplier when you place your order.

Delivery Services

Standard Tracked: All orders over £50 are eligible for free standard tracked delivery by Royal Mail. For orders under £50 there is a £2.99 charge. Orders sent using standard tracked are usually delivered in 2-3 days.

Priority Tracked: For £3.99 your order is sent by premium tracked delivery which gives a 1-2 day (including Saturdays) delivery timescale. This service is provided by Royal Mail who will usually deliver on Saturdays. Orders must be placed by 4pm.

Next Day Courier: If you require next-working-day delivery then this is provided by DPD and is £6.99. Orders must be placed by 3.30pm and be fully in-stock in order to be processed before our daily DPD collection.

Saturday Delivery: You can select Saturday delivery options from DPD at the checkout.

Bike Delivery: Bikes are always delivered by courier. After placing a bike order your bike is fully assembled and tested before being carefully boxed for shipping. Because of this build process it is not always possible to offer next-day delivery on a bike. Please do get in touch if you want to know a specific despatch day on any bike on our website. Returns Info

We offer a 30 day return period on our items. We ask that items are returned in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We do not pay returns postage.unless we have made an error with your order.

We cannot accept the return if the item is not correctly packaged and is damaged in transit during the return trip back to us.

Please do not stick any tape or labels to the products branded outer packaging.

If you require an exchange it is recommended that you re-order the correct size/item and return the item you do not wish to keep to us for a refund.
