A replaceable rubber traction pad keeps your thumb planted in the wet, and a tool-less inner cable hole cover makes maintenance straightforward. Available in I-SPEC EV (SL-M8200-IR) and clamp-band (SL-M8200-R) fittings, it's also compatible with previous-generation 12-speed drivetrains.
