Having lost all effectiveness of front brake thought I’d have a go at a brake bleed. I researched how to on line and the shimano kit was recommended. Ordered kit with the shimano fluid. Kit was of a good quality and having overcome the generic nature of most of the instructions was able to bleed the brakes and recover bike to full working order.

Good quality and had a funnel which fitted the more modern bleed vent without the need for an adapter.

Eventually decided on this Shimano bleed kit. Haven't used it yet but it looks good. Syringe is actually better than it looks in the pictures.

Glad I went for the genuine article. Contains 2 types of funnels, a syringe and a variety of bleed blocks to suit loads of calipers.

so easy to use..a great addition to my workshop and my brakes are enjoying the new oil too
