I've worn these twice now one for a 30mins ride at 2-3°C and another at 0-1°C for 2.5hrs. They are rated between 0-5°C. I can't believe how they keep me warm considering they are SO thin. I usually wear Gore Infinium Primaloft Lobster gloves. These don't feel much thicker than a thermal pair of non-windproof gloves. The only thing is fit. I'm at the end of the scale at bike.shimano com for length but only at the beginning of the scale for palm/knuckle width. Often I have gloves that fit width ways but a bit tight on the middle finger. M would have heen 1.5cm too short legnth ways, so I am a L (Me: length 21cm and width 22cm). Really annoying when fingers are not long enough, especially between thumb and forefinger. So for an uncumbersum pair of gloves they are a bit baggy width ways. True to size chart. Still they perform so well they are 5 stars
