The new Santa Cruz Vala CC electric mountain bike has all the legendary ride qualities of a Santa Cruz – supreme handling, great suspension, and longevity – paired with the class-leading Bosch Performance Line CX motor and a versatile battery solution. The Vala is all about ride quality. With 150mm rear / 160mm front travel, mixed wheels and a completely new suspension platform, it delivers a more planted, predictable feel across technical terrain while staying efficient on climbs

The new Bosch gen 4 drive unit is powerful, reliable and quiet. It has class-leading power delivery and rattle-free descending.

The 600Wh battery is over 2.2 lbs (1kg) lighter than the next size up (800Wh) and it is much smaller. This also makes for a smaller lighter frame. 600Wh is optimal for most rides. Low battery mass improves handling characteristics. The optional 250Wh PowerMore extender battery provides the freedom to cover more ground when needed.

The Vala has a bombproof, lightweight carbon frame, superior e-bike suspension performance and tuneable geometry and kinematic create a chassis that exceeds where real mountain biking demands it. Its backed up with a lifetime warranty.
