    Very Useful

    Great for increasing the bottom out resistance on your rear shock, and a surprisingly easy job to do at home - Just rememeber to get all the air out of your shock first otherwise you're in for a nasty surprise!

    Correct item for my Deluxe Ultimate 2020. It was interesting to experiment with them but in the end I took them out and left the shock as it was standard. The suspension linkage of my bike has enough progression built-in already to suit my riding.
