Perfect for me as it enables me to sit at a safe height when getting on and off and when stationery, but then enables me to pedal at a much more comfortable height

So far I've only been for a few rides with it fitted so cannot say anything about reliability. However, first impressions are very good - build quality is very good (as good as the 6 year old KS LEV that it replaced) and for not much more than the price it would have cost to service the worn out KS LEV. As for the suspension feature, it makes a big difference to my hardtail on rough ground
