The Team DH Frame is the chassis Norco developed over five years with its World Cup downhill team, sold as a frameset for riders who want to build a race bike to their own spec. The brief was simple: build the fastest bike possible to help build the fastest race team.

It uses the brand's patented High Virtual Pivot Six-Link suspension with 200mm of rear travel, designed to stay active through repeated high-speed hits, stay composed under hard braking and give you support through the turns. The frame pairs an alloy front triangle with a carbon rear triangle, runs mixed wheels (29" front, 27.5" rear) and is adjustable where racers actually tune it: reach, progression and anti-squat, with three reach positions 5mm apart on every size.

Five sizes, S1 to S5, each get their own rear centre length, from 440mm on the S1 and S2 to 447.5mm on the S5, so weight distribution and handling stay consistent whatever your height. Simplified pivot hardware, top-hat spacers that stay put during assembly and external cable routing keep it simple to work on.

The frameset comes with a FOX Factory DHX2 coil shock on a Sprindex spring, the rear axle, seatpost clamp and an MRP G5 SL chain guide, ready for your own fork, wheels, cockpit and drivetrain. The geometry is built around a 200mm fork with 52mm offset.
