The cleaning liquid itself is excellent. It does a great job of stripping road grime and muck from your bike. However I received a flexible refill bag of product, not a spray bottle. Not itself a big deal but when I came to use the cleaner after a couple of weeks away half of it had leaked out of a pinprick hole in the plastic bag and soaked my workbench. It had managed to strip the varnish off that area of my workbench and bleach the wood, so it's definitely a potent cleaner though. I'm not concerned about the bench, but I've lost half a bag of cleaner unfortunately and made a mess. It made the garage smell nice though...
