Ultegra Di2 and Continental GP5000 AllSeason tyres put the Scultura Endurance 8000 close to the top of the endurance range. The groupset is Shimano Ultegra Di2, 2 x 12, with an 11-34 cassette and 50-34 chainset, and the brakes are Ultegra hydraulic disc.

It is built on the CF3 carbon frame and fork, with Nano Matrix resin in the layup for impact resistance, a 142 x 12mm rear axle and a BB86 pressfit bottom bracket. The riding position is the point of the platform: a longer head tube brings the bars up, and a slacker head angle with a slightly longer wheelbase keeps the handling steady when you are moving quickly or concentrating hard on a poor surface.

Vision SC 45 Disc carbon wheels are 45mm deep with a 23mm internal rim width and Centerlock hubs, tubeless tape ready if you want to go that way. The 32c GP5000 AllSeason tyres are a sensible pairing for year-round British roads, with more grip and puncture resistance than a summer race tyre and enough volume to run lower pressures.

Details are worked through: cables route internally through the headset, the seat clamp is integrated into the frame, the rear brake caliper flat mounts onto CNC machined aluminium Disc Cooler fins, and the rear seat stay bridge is removable if you are not fitting mudguards. The seatpost is carbon, the Prologo Scratch M5 saddle comes with a minitool, and the stem carries a SMART MOUNT for a computer. Clearance runs to 35c tyres, or 32c with mudguards.
