The FR builds take the One-Sixty enduro frame and set it up for freeride and bike park use. On the FR 400 that means a coil shock, a longer travel fork and a mullet wheel setup, aimed at riders who measure a good day in laps rather than kilometres. The Lite III aluminium frame is rated to Category 5, with internal cable routing, Boost axles and a threaded bottom bracket.

DVO supplies both ends: an Onyx 38 Core air fork with 180mm of travel and a 44mm offset, plus a Jade X Core coil shock with the spring rate matched to frame size, from 300lb on the smallest up to 500lb on the largest. A coil makes sense here because it stays consistent lap after lap, where an air shock would be building heat.

The wheels are a true mullet, 29in front and 27.5in rear on 28mm internal rims laced to Novatec SL-Team hubs, with Continental Kryptotal tyres in Enduro casing and soft compound at both ends. SRAM DB4 four-piston callipers handle braking, and the drivetrain is a deliberately simple 10-speed Shimano CUES U6000 with an 11-48 LG300 cassette: fewer, tougher parts for a bike that spends its life getting hit. Agilometer sizing lets you pick reach independently of your height, the suspension gets more progressive as the frames get longer, and dropper travel scales from 150mm to 230mm.
