A RockShox Zeb Select air fork provides 170mm of travel on a 44mm offset, and a Vivid Select shock with a platform setting looks after the back end. It is a properly capable pairing: the Zeb chassis is stiff enough for hard, repeated impacts, and the Vivid is at its best on the long, rough descents where an inline shock starts to feel busy.
The drivetrain is SRAM's Eagle 90 Transmission, a direct-mount T-Type setup with an XS-1270 11-52 cassette, Eagle 70 Transmission cranks with a bash guard and a Flattop chain. Shifting stays precise even after the derailleur has taken a knock, which is rather the point of T-Type. Braking comes from SRAM Maven four-piston callipers.
Wheels are Reynolds 309 Enduro Comp rims with a 30mm internal width and tubeless tape pre-installed, laced to Shimano Centerlock hubs, running Continental Kryptotal tyres in Enduro casing and soft compound: a Kryptotal-F 29x2.4 up front, with a Kryptotal-R at the rear in 27.5x2.4 on smaller frames or 29x2.4 on the larger sizes. The dropper offers 170mm to 230mm of travel with 25mm of adjustability, and there is a minitool hidden under the saddle.
