Next Generation enduro geometry in a straightforward aluminium frame is the whole pitch for the One-Forty 400. The Lite III frame carries the same shapes and numbers as the higher-end builds in the family, with internal cable routing, a long seat post insert depth, Boost axles, a threaded bottom bracket and a flip chip so you can set it up as a full 29er or run mixed wheels.

Marzocchi supplies a Z2 air fork with 150mm of travel and a 44mm offset, paired with a Bomber inline shock. It is honest, hard-wearing suspension rather than the lightest on the market, which suits how this bike is likely to be used.

Shifting comes from an 11-speed Shimano CUES U6000 Shadow Plus rear derailleur with a SunRace 10-50 Linkglide cassette, a combination chosen for service life over outright weight, and SRAM DB4 four-piston callipers front and rear do the stopping. Tyres are a Maxxis Minion DHF 29x2.5 up front with a faster Forekaster 29x2.4 at the back, on 28mm internal rims and Shimano Centerlock hubs. Every frame size gets a dropper, from 150mm on the smallest up to 230mm on the largest.
