The Crossway 700 sits at the top of the range and the spec reflects it. A 1x11 Shimano CUES U8000 drivetrain runs a single 40 tooth ring with an 11-50 cassette, so there is one shifter, no front derailleur to trim and a gear range broad enough for steep, loaded climbs as well as flat miles. CUES U8000 hydraulic disc brakes are a clear step up in feel and control over the entry-level calipers used further down.

Up front is an SR Suntour MAG32 TR Boost air fork with 63mm of travel and a lockout, running a 110x15mm Boost front hub for a stiffer, more precise feel through the bars. The Crossway TFS IV aluminium frame is EQ-kit ready and takes tyres up to 700x50c, and the bike comes on 700x45C Maxxis Metropass tyres with a reflective stripe, fitted to tubeless ready 25mm inner width rims. It is a bike that can be a fast commuter during the week and a comfortable trail and towpath machine at the weekend.
