  • High Roller Downhill Black / 29 x 2.40 / NEW Folding 3C DH MaxxGrip 120x2 TPI

Positioning itself between the Assegai and the Shorty in the Maxxis gravity range, the third-generation High Roller combines an open centre tread pattern with large, well-supported side knobs to withstand extreme cornering forces. It's a hybrid tread design that provides the soil penetration of a wet-weather mid-spike while retaining the cornering control and hard-surface traction of a dry-conditions tyre.

The High Roller III was developed for the demands of modern downhill and has already claimed a World Cup win at Mont-Sainte-Anne under Jackson Goldstone. This Downhill version features Maxxis' all-new DH Casing Construction.

New DH Casing Construction

Progressive casing stiffness keeps the tyre supple over chattery rocks and roots for a planted, damped feel, then delivers increasing sidewall support as cornering and impact forces build. It allows lower pressures (2–3 psi less than the previous-generation DH casing), improving compliance, traction and puncture protection while reducing the risk of a tyre or rim failure.

3C MaxxGrip – uses Maxxis' softest rubber compounds to offer the ultimate in grip and slow-rebound properties for unparalleled traction in downhill applications.

Tubeless Ready – run lower pressures for more traction, enjoy lower rolling resistance than a tube-type tyre, and reduce the chance of flatting. Use only Maxxis-approved sealant; using liquid sealant in a non-tubeless Maxxis tyre will void the warranty.
