The Sutra LTD has steadily evolved into a progressive drop-bar off-road bike, and this frameset is the starting point for building your own. It's designed around true mountain bike tyres and a real dropper post, with modern yet sensible geometry that's capable on rough trails and comfortable over long days.

There's plenty of frame storage capability for bikepacking and touring, and a sloping top tube gives generous standover clearance for confident cornering and tricky terrain. Above all, it keeps the supple steel ride quality that made the Sutra LTD a cult classic.
