The Process 134 G3.1 is Kona's entry point into proper full-suspension trail riding, and it carries the same character that made the more expensive Process models so popular: a balanced, playful ride that's equally happy pumping a flow trail or picking through rocky singletrack. A butted 6061 aluminium frame delivers 134mm of rear travel, paired with a 140mm RockShox fork for a confident, well-sorted package.
The geometry is properly modern, with a 65.5° head angle, steep seat angles and size-specific chainstays, so it climbs efficiently and stays calm when things get steep. Shimano's CUES 11-speed drivetrain brings Linkglide durability and a wide 11-50t range, Shimano hydraulic brakes do the stopping, and a TranzX travel-adjustable dropper is fitted as standard.
For 2027 the range starts at size XS with 27.5" wheels, while size S runs a 29" front and 27.5" rear, and M to XL roll on 29" wheels. The frame is MX compatible, so there's room to tune the ride as you progress. It's also a great platform to upgrade over time, built from durable, easy-to-service parts.
