The Humu — full name Humuhumunukunukuapua'a — is a tribute to the grimy, good-old days when beach cruisers and klunkers ruled. It's a no-nonsense single-speed with an unmistakable double top tube, built to turn heads on the way to the café, the bar, or the bike path home.

Underneath the retro looks sits a genuinely modern bike. The butted Cromoly frame uses updated geometry borrowed from Kona's best-selling commuters for a comfortable, stable ride, while sliding dropouts make single-speed setup straightforward, and Boost spacing with IS brake mounts keeps things future-proof. Custom Kona Cruiser handlebars give a tall, relaxed riding position with plenty of width for confident, playful handling.

This is a genuine limited edition — just 200 numbered bikes are being made, and for every one sold Kona donates $20 to Indigenous Women Outdoors. A rigid Cromoly fork, single-speed 18t drivetrain, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes and 29 x 2.25" WTB tyres keep it simple, tough and ready for everyday fun.
