The Genesis Croix de Fer 60 is the first-ever electric bike in the legendary Croix de Fer family, and it has been built with one clear aim: to add discreet electric assistance without losing any of the ride quality that made the Croix de Fer an adventure icon. Put simply, it is an e-gravel bike that still rides like a Croix de Fer.

At its heart is the Mahle X20 system, pairing a compact X20 rear hub motor with a lightweight 171Wh battery. The complete drive system adds only 2.6kg, so the bike keeps the balance, handling and natural feel of the classic steel Croix de Fer while delivering up to 65Nm of smooth, quiet torque for steep climbs, stiff headwinds and longer days in the saddle. Switch the assistance off and it rides just like a traditional gravel bike.

Built around Genesis' renowned Reynolds 725 steel frame and paired with a lightweight carbon fork, the Croix de Fer 60 delivers the comfort, durability and character riders love, now with a helping hand when the route gets tough. A full Shimano GRX 2x12-speed groupset with hydraulic disc brakes takes care of shifting and stopping, while Amplitude G-100 tubeless-ready wheels and 45mm Maxxis Reaver tyres keep you rolling confidently across tarmac, gravel and everything in between.

With mounts for racks, mudguards and bottles, generous tyre clearance up to 47mm and a limited lifetime frame and fork warranty, the Croix de Fer 60 is ready for gravel riding, bikepacking, endurance events and the daily commute.
