Formula's own replacement bolt set for 6-bolt disc rotors, supplied as six T25 Torx steel screws. That is enough to mount one rotor, so a full bike needs two sets.

Rotor bolts are worth replacing rather than reusing. The heads take a lot of abuse from mud and repeated fitting, and once the thread lock has been broken a few times the bolts no longer hold as securely as they should. These are the screws Formula list as the spare part across their brake and rotor range, so head height and thread length are correct for their own rotors as well as any other International Standard 6-bolt fitting. Tighten to 6.9 Nm maximum, working diagonally across the rotor.
