The Etmo is built to inspire confidence and fun on every trail. A 65º head angle keeps the bike stable on fast or steep sections and the steep 78.5º seat tube angle projects your weight forward for strong, controlled climbs. The 446 mm chainstay adds stability and predictability, keeping the bike planted  when it matters but the back end still feels lively and flickable

The mid range 500 Pro model offers an improved build kit over the entry level 400 should you want to squeeze some extra performance from the Etmo frameset.

Bosch CX drive system - 

The Etmo 500 Pro come with the extremely popular Bosch CX motor drive unit and 800wh battery. With it's 100nm of torque and 800w of peak power, the CX unit offers superb pedal assist and ride feel as well as outstanding reliability. The battery is easily removed should you wish to carry a spare. This system is also compatible with the Bosch 250wh PowerMore range extender (sold separately)

• Short: 155cm - 175cm
• Mid: 165cm - 185cm
• Long: 175cm - 195cm
• X-Long: 185cm+

Merida's latest range of mountain bikes makes use of a slightly new approach to sizing. Merida encourage riders to consider their riding style when selecting a frame size. 

For example the Mid size frame is suitable for riders of heights between 165-185cm. This means a rider of height 175cm could select a Short frame if the preference is agility, Mid for a balanced ride or Long for stability.
