Good comfy bar end with plenty of area to spread the load onto the bar. I have large hands and the large was fine on diameter for me even with winter gloves on. The only problem was that they were a little short on length so ended up cutting down the grips that came with the bike and butting the Ergon grips against it.

The grips I received were not as in the picture. I ordered large grips i.e. long ones as in the picture Short ones came. I reluctantly made these do as the packaging was destroyed and I desperately needed grids
