It uses 440C stainless steel balls and races, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability, even in challenging conditions. While stainless steel has a slightly lower load capacity than 52100 chromium steel, it is ideal for wet environments or frequent bike washing. The bearings are equipped with LLB type seals and CRC Marine Grease for added protection against water.
