Description
When Cycling Tips reviewed the original GR 1600's they said that Never in the past 18 months did these things ever feel less than amazing whenever I put them on a bike
Since then the DT's alloy gravel range has built an enviable reputation for superlative ride quality and bombproof backcountry reliability. 24 mm inner width has proven itself the goldilocks dimension for gravel, narrow enough for running higher pressure road slicks but wide enough to take nice supple 47c's for when you want to go off-grid.
The GR's 350 hubs have now been upgraded to the 36-tooth SL ratchets, giving a great balance between engagement, low noise, minimal drag and long term dependability, especially in poor conditions
The Swiss-made DT ratchet system remains the gold standard for reliability, low-weight and ease of servicing, which is why it's relied upon everywhere from the Tour De France to the World Cup Downhill circuit
Hand built in Europe using DT's proven Aero Comp butted spokes for a carefully tuned blend of stiffness and low weight, premium Prolock Squorx nipples are used for long term build stability and ease of maintenance
Front wheel comes ready for standard 12 x 100 mm thru axles. The rear comes ready for standard 12 x 142 mm thru axles, both can be adapted for other axles using adaptors (available separately)
Features:
- Maximum recommended system weight: 130 KG, enough for proper bike packing excursions
- TL Ready - can be used with standard clinchers
- When bought as a pair they will include tubeless rim tape and valves
- Hub - 350 with Ratchet System 36 SL
- Weight: Front 799 grams Rear: 905 grams
