The Dakine Pickup Pad DLX builds on the heritage of the original Pickup Pad pioneered by Dakine. Updated DLX features accommodate new backup camera technology via the enlarged access flap and modern tailgate styling, including wider spoilers. This padded tailgate protection allows for the quick and secure transport of up to 7 bikes on the large full size truck pad and 5 on the small mid-size truck pad. Two lockable grommets on either corner are for securing the Pickup Pad DLX to the truck with cable locks. Very useful item to securely fix bikes in the load area of a pick up. We have a 2016 plate Ford Ranger double cab and it fits perfectly. It was a little deep on the 2003 plate Ford Ranger double cab as the bed / tail gate is not as deep as the newer ones. Quick attachment for bikes so is very convenient. Good quality item that seems to be holding up well to multiple bike use including heavy ebikes.
