The Cane Creek Hellbender 70 Visco features unique damping plates that are placed either above or below the bearing. These plates work together to prevent dangerous oscillations. Encased in a cartridge, they connect to both the frame and the steerer tube. As they move, a fluorocarbon gel between the layers offers damping, keeping your handlebars steady.
