Biketart Returns Policy

  • You can return any item within 30 days of receipt to Biketart for a full refund or exchange.
  • All items returned must be in 'as new' condition and must be complete with their original packaging.
  • Please make sure the packet is packaged well and do not stick anything directly to the item's packaging which could damage or mark it.
  • Please return the item with the returns form included with the order. If you do not have this then please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, or a note with your order reference number and name.
  • Use a tracked delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes.
  • If you are returning an item that you don't like, don't need or you've simply changed your mind on, then you are responsible for your return postage cost.

 

We aim to process all returns quickly and most are completed within 2 working days. At busy period this can take longer. If you have requested a refund you will be refunded to the original method of payment.

We advise sending any return using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes. This lets you and us track the item in case it doesn't arrive. If you have any queries about shipping methods please contact us.
