Blue gives 2° of float pivoting at the front, for a more locked-in feel without going fully fixed. Grey is a floating cleat with a wider mounting range, which is the option if you want more scope to move the cleat position around, though it does not give the low stack height the other three do.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe system is cross-compatible in both directions. SPD-SLR cleats will work with SPD-SL pedals, and SPD-SL cleats will work with SPD-SLR pedals.
