How are bikes delivered and is assembly required?

We ship all bikes by courier. This is DPD in the UK. For Europe we use either DPD, TNT or Fedex depending on the weight and courier.

All bikes are fully assembled and tested in our workshop prior to despatch. To box bikes for shipping we remove the handlebar and front wheel. To re-attach these you will need to use a 4 or 5mm allen key. If the bike includes pedals then these will need attaching with a 15mm or adjustable spanner or allen key.

Sometimes it is also necessary to remove the seatpost. This is re-clamped using a 4 or 5mm allen key.

What delivery options do I have?

At the checkout you can view a range of delivery options. All UK orders over £15 are sent free of charge.

As standard, UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48h. Most items can be upgraded to Royal Mail Priotity Tracked 24 or Next Day Courier at the checkout.

Our cut-off for same-day despatch of orders is 4pm.

Can I come and see your bikes?

Yes we have a showroom here where you can check out loads of our bikes and get advice from our staff.

If there is a specific model and size you are interested in seeing or trying for size please contact us first so that we can assemble it for you to see.

My item has not arrived, can you help?

If the item has been sent by a tracked delivery service you can track it using your despatch email. The following services/couriers are trackable:

If your item has been sent by a standard non-tracked Royal Mail service and has not arrived please contact us for help and advice. Delivery times with Royal Mail 48 vary from 1-3 working days as standard.

Royal Mail deliver every day other than Sunday.

DPD deliver Monday-Friday. We do offer a Saturday DPD delivery if required.

Items sent by Asendia are delivered by the national postal service for your country e.g. La Poste in France and Correos in Spain. Asendia tracking numbers can also be used directly on these postal services' tracking systems.

Can I make a pre-order?

Yes, you can place a pre-order for anything we stock. On some items you can do this on our website. Otherwise please call us or email us to arrange this.
